I’ve battled hormonal issues, gut problems, and weight fluctuations that left me feeling lost and defeated. I’ve been super lean for the stage, gained over 40 pounds, lost my confidence, and had to rebuild myself from the ground up time and time again.
But through all of these experiences, I learned one powerful truth: it’s not about perfection. It’s about finding balance.
